How to Plant
1. Prepare the Soil: Deep-till (10–12), test pH, mix in organic compost and balanced fertilizer, form furrows 1–2 deep, rows spaced 2–4 ft apart.
2. Sow & Care for Seedlings: Sow ½ cm deep in trays; thin to strongest seedlings once true leaves emerge, maintain humidity until germination.
3. Transplant: At 25–30 days old, transplant seedlings deep to encourage root development support vines with stakes or trellises (1.8–2.2 m tall).
4. Water & Mulch: Water deeply after transplanting; apply straw or wood-chip mulch to conserve moisture and suppress weeds.
